A unique process for personal transformation is combined with internationally proven and leading-edge career evaluation and profiling tools to support the development of deeper self-awareness and effective decision-making. Values and Approach
I believe fervently that each individual is unique. In order to maximise career success an individual must develop self-awareness, know themselves and what they want and in so doing select a career path in which they have a high likelihood of success.
Career fit is achieved when there is a match between your competencies, values, interests, personal situation and the requirements of your work. Lack of self-awareness causes poor career-fit, is demotivating and has a negative affect not only on the individual, but also team performance often leading to personal derailment. |
Once you achieve deeper self-awareness, career fit can be achieved and a plan of action established. Clients then maximise their chance of career success.
Experience has shown that personal review, career planning and re-evaluation is a critical annual activity as individual circumstances and needs do change, as can work requirements. Therefore ongoing one-on-one career coaching/career development assistance is available to help you continually adjust career fit for your own and also your organisation’s advantage.
